Central govt. will recruit 6506 through CGL 2020

Central govt. is going to recruit in various central govt. offices throughout the country through the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2020 (SSC CGL 2020). The number of vacancies is 6506 (Group B Gazetted 250, Group B Non-Gazetted 3513, Group C 2643). Any Indian with the following qualifications can apply. You can apply online till January 31. F-3/4/2020-P & P-I (Vol.-I) of this recruitment test.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute for the post of Assistant Audit Officer / Assistant Accounts Officer. Recommended Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretarial or Master’s degree in Commerce / Business Studies / Business Administration (Finance) or Business Economics.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized university or institute (Must have at least 60% marks in Mathematics at least 12th class level) or Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized university or institute for Junior Statistical Officer.

The rest of the positions are needed to have bachelor’s degrees from a recognized university or institute. However, computer skills are required for the posts of Assistant Section Officer (CSS), Assistant Section Officer (MEA), Assistant Serious Fraud Investigation Office and Assistant (GSI).

Final year students can also apply conditionally.

In all cases, the educational qualification must be completed by January 1, 2021.

Application Procedure: Go to the website https://ssc.nic.in/ and apply online. Must have own valid email ID and phone number. Online application can be made till 5 pm on January 31, 2021. In the application, code of educational qualification, code of subject passed, caste etc. should be written. According to the list given by the Staff Selection Commission, the list can be found on the website of the Commission. Details of age limit, pay scale, selection of examination candidates and other relevant matters can be found on the above website.

Important Date: Online application can be submitted till January 31, 2021. Receipt of online application can be taken till January 31, 2021. Online fee payment can be done till February 2, 2021, invoice for offline can be downloaded till February 4, 2021. The last date for submission of application fee through invoice is February 8, 2021.
