90 junior assistant, steno, accountant recruit in National Board of Examination

Multiple posts have been announced for the autonomous National Board of Examinations under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Central Government. Recruitment will be in New Delhi, but transfer can take place anywhere in the country. Notification number is – 210005 / RECT / 2020.

Vacancy Details: Senior Assistant 18 (Unreserved 11, SC 2, ST 1, OBC 4), Junior Assistant 57 (Unreserved 28, SC 7, ST 5, OBC 17), Junior Accountant 7 (Unreserved 5, SC 1, OBC 1), Stenographer 8 (Unreserved 5, SC 1, OBC 2).

Educational Qualification and Age Limit:

Senior Assistant: Must have a graduate degree from a recognized university. As of July 31, 2020, the age limit is 27 years.

Junior Assistant: H.S passed from a recognized board. Need to know basic computer. As of July 31, 2020, the age limit is 27 years.

Junior Accountant: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or with Mathematics / Statistics from a recognized University. Preference will be given to those who have 3 years experience in account work in any government institution including computer knowledge. As of July 31, 2020, the age limit is 27years.

Stenographer: Must have passed Higher Secondary. Shorthand should have a speed of 80 words per minute and typing 30 words per minute. 2 years experience in stenography is preferred. As of July 31, 2020, the age limit is 27 years. In all cases, reserved positions have age exemptions as per the rules.

Application fee: 1500 rupees, Scheduled Caste, Disabled and OBC (NCL) 650 rupees with GST. Candidates must pay the fees at the time of online application.

Application: First you have to register online, by July 31, 2020. Candidates must have a valid phone number and e-mail ID. At the time of application, you need to upload self-attested relevant certificates with your usual signature and scanned copy of passport size color photograph taken within 3 months. The online test will be taken on August 31. If the written test for the post of stenography is successful, the skill test will be taken on September 20.
